*thesis and ratatouille*

*huuu:P...finally i done my job..which was i confirmed my thesis..heeee:P...(tu pun nk bgtau kan?..hehe!)..i would like to study about the house pricing in my town.ermm..something about effect of petronas staff with other local people..how was the market regarding to their afford ability..might be interesting(i hope so!)...at first, i wanted to do about maintenance(something related to property management..but many students had done before)and secondly i listed out all my ideas..which were:::ergonomics, gender,EIA,real estate,designing....but lastly,my decision was to study about the effect of petrochemical to residential in Dungun..my lecturer said that ESSO did paid to a valuation firm rm200k for doing this study case(long time ago,now ofis esso da pindah)..fuhh...interesting!:D..

**last night i watched muvie!!RATATOUILLE...this muvie took about 2hours...:)

"Ratatouille" is about a lovable rat - Remy - who constantly risks his life in an expensive French restaurant because of his love for good food, as well as a burning desire to become a gourmet chef. Obviously, this is rather far-fetched for a rat but opportunity knocks when a young boy, who desperately needs to keep his job at the restaurant despite not being able to cook to save his life, makes Remy a partner. The two of them learn to avoid the insane head chef, bring the rest of Remy's family up to his culinary standards, win the boy a girlfriend, and of course, produce the finest ratatouille in all of France!

weekend ni lagi skali jd busy plak..hanim n big bro came here..last week parent dtg sini..this week giliran diorg plak..huhu:D...i'm really tired but its okey...we was fun actually!!

actually big bro got problem...wallet die kene curi(as posted b4), skali ngn tiket dtg KL..die xdrive sbb parent suruh balik rumah naik bas..nnti bw wpw utk hanim:)nasib baik ade kwn die dtg KL..so boleh la tumpang and sampai sini mlm sabtu..actually plan sampai same2 ngn hanim kt pudu dalm pukul 1pm..so diorg pegi jln2 dulu..(because i got my practical training seminar)..but sume plan rosak..huhu!...after i fetched hanim kt pudu, terus g KLCC..tht night hntar abg and cousin pergi terminal putra..bestnye balik kg..jeles plak:(....

besoknye kitaorg pergi masjid jamek(sogo,semua house,all shops),amcorp mall and midvall....kt masjid jamek kebetulan plak terserempk ngn yati(kwn sek men, skrg belajar kt UIA..)sempat lagi borak2 pasal raye..hehe!insyaAllah raya nanti kitorg sampai rumah yati yek:)..

hanim balik UTHM pagi isnin.after hantar hanim kt pudu, i unwrapped all my assignment yg bertangguh bermingu2..huuuu..penat nk siapkan semua in one day..and tomorow hanim pergi langkawi..ade field work kt sane..bestnye..jeles lg skali:(..hehe!!by the way, buy me loadssssss of choc kays dude:P

just now i got my msg(in friendster)from my big brother...n his subject "emergency"...the msg was about his laptop(acer), handphone(n70) and wallet(i dunt know the brand and of course ade cash,ic card,bank card etc....) were stolen!...OMG!!...if it happend to me, i dont know what to do...=(

the story was like this...he rent a house with a friend..just two of them..and that morning, his friend went to class and he slept..untill 11am..tht time la pencuri masuk..and my brother tgh hold his handphone...kononnye nk rase vibrate la..boleh plak pencuri tu amik je and my bro dont feel anything...isk2..teruk btol kan...funny jugak sebenarnye...huhu!..

currently, at my collge pun bayk kecurian..pukau la, ugut la...something like this..and kdg2 rase macam kawan2 sendiri plak yang curi...when i was in matrix, my handphone pun pernah kene curi..yang sedihnye, handphone tu baru je pakai sebulan.=(..so,dont easily trust anybody,even ur best/boy/girlfriend...rambut sume hitam, tapi hati lain2..agree with me??:P

hi...and assalamualaikummm...(lame plak xstart blogging ngn greeting ni=)...

Biasenye, hari isnin xde kelas dan kuliah...disebabkan xde aktiviti, so our lecturers plan untuk buat visit ke DBKL..honestly...sepanjang 3 tahun belajar dalam bidang hartanah ni, this is my fisrt foot step here.."malu"...huhu..before this, if buat assignment untuk report valuation pun, saya akan pergi ke JPPH kat bgunan maju junction tu..untuk ke DBKL ni, dah ade group member yang cop..mase 1st year, valuation untuk rumah kediaman, and then 2nd year valuation untuk menara asia life(1st sem-KL) and cinema lotus five star(2nd sem-selangor) also vacant land kat johor bahru(short sem-JB)...and for this year..kene sediakan valuation report untuk property kat bangsar-back to KL=)...(as i posted before)...dalam banyak2 assignment valuation ni, yang paling best adalah untuk report valuation lotus five star cinema...dapat group member yang best,help each other..banyak pengalamn baru:P(slh satu nye..round2 shah alam..hihi)

my parent safely arrived here around 5pm..actually diorg stay over kat kuantan and then terus ke batu pahat because my twin ada kat sana, UTHM...after one day terus drive ke KL..tp tidur kat kajang satu malam...sbb nak kenal rumah abg zam(sg. long,kajang),makteh and ciklim(bandar baru bangi)...sume rumah baru and perhaps diorg dapat masuk rumah ni before hari raya puase=)..actually, i would like to tell u guys about abg zam, his succeed..tapi cite my parent dtg sini lagi best kot..hehe..next time, mybe i'll write about him..hehss:P

urmmm..mak excited!..huuu..baru lepas bersara kan..so, nothing to fikir about her work kat school..FREE!..tapi ayah banyak juga kerja sebenarnye..and sebab die dtg sini, die da terlepas satu seminar bisness about sarang burung..dah register nama and dah bayar pun...sempat juga jupe kakde kat kolej ni(my kazen yang stay sini juga)...mkn buah,kerepek..etc..n then around 6pm, we leaved kolej ungku aziz..nk g cari hotel..and u guys know what?..all hotels around KL fullhouse!...ayah da penat da..da puas round2 KL, n then saye bg suggestion,"erm..ayah,kite try kat hotel air asia nak?..tune hotel.."...tpi penuh gak..dapat la masuk lobby hotel ni..their decoration nice..small but cool!tp xtau la bilik besar mana kan..at last pegi KL international hotel..nasib baik ade bilik...mak excited lagi sekali sbb after gune card pencen, dapat less lagi..hehe..so, after this, makin kerap la dtg sini yek..hihi:)..

mlm tu kitorg dinner kat restoren thai...urhh, kesimpulannya..-lambat dan xsedap...mlm tu xsempat nk pegi mane2 pun..=(..besoknye baru la berjalan...actually banyak lagi tempat yang nk pergi..mak nk beli mcm2 untk rumah pun xsempat..just pergi sogo and parkson je..mulanya nk g midvalley, tp i said better no..sbb weekend, confirm ramai manusia..huhu..lgpun, 6sept ni, insyaAllah parent dtg sini lagi(ayh ade seminar)..yey,,blei bw mak jln2 kat gerai konvo UM..hehe!=)

~~commitment~~

as a final year student, i think i must have a plan to do with my own life..i must stand on my own foot.that's mean..i must learn how to survive...how to handle my own problem,how to make my parent proud of me=) and how to have a good communication skills, how to handle the crowd and every single things in this world that for me, it is not impossible for us to do that..

when i talk about commitment, yes, as student, we should have full commitment with our field/studies and all tht related too..honestly, i hate peoples who are not serious with their things...i dont know why some people cant handle theirselves, dont know anything what they should know..at least they must put an effort to try an alternatives way to show tht they r not so ...... wutever..i dont mean to anyone, but its just an informal writing tht what i saw and what i feel..


loads of assignments make me feel dont know what i should do 1st..is it this or that?..isk2..i should do my own planner and it would help me to organise better..next tuesday, i must submit my 1st assignment which will do individually..and suddenly, my lecturer(maybe he didnt remembered tht he had gave us assignment)..give another assignment but do it in group..isk2, da jadi double works..and for the law, none assignment yet, unless the take home test last 2 weeks..

just now, i had a site visit with another two grup members (eena and qila)..our site kt bangsar..isk2!!syukur gak la dapat kt bangsar sbb xyah pegi jauh2 nk dpt infomation...n title pun senang2 je dpt kt jpph KL...last time, site kt newtown,pj...so kene pegi shah alam..diorg susah nk bg infomation..private and confidential...kunun!!:(..kali ni kene value 2 lot,tp ade campur law sikit...utk buat pembesaran jalan telawi 1...erm, satu lot tuh ade kedai jahit blazer/coat..(sparkmanshop) and another 2storey kt ats tuh ade law firm...and lot satu lagi, ade bistro..(restoren Devis Corner) and kt ats tuh ade Bangsar Village Division...(owned by Bangsar Village Sdn Bhd)..so, 2lot ni akan terlibat utk projek pembesran jalan telawi 1..exactly depan Bangsar Village..

so, alang2 da duk depan Bangsar Village, we walked in la..heehee!!tgk2 ape yg ade dlm tu kan...actually, utk local people,xsesuai la nk shopping kt Bangsar Village ni, unless kalo nk masuk MPH/guardian/padini/nike/adidas...or wutever yg every shopping mall ade,ok la kot...tp mostly kt sini, sume butik from overseas..decoration dlm mall ni pun diorg letak sume flags from europe..so, nampak sgt la kan..
